'Dreamscape 1' is a bold and colorful canvas which grabs the viewer's attention immediately upon entering the room, and can be seen as a type of 'psychological interior landscape,' enticing the viewer to look inward. Biomorphic masses twist and bend throughout the picture, evoking limbs and the human form. There's an elusive and mysterious quality to 'Dreamscape 1', and it hangs in this delicate balance between that which is trying to emerge, while simultaneously slipping away before the viewer's eyes.
